Welcome to www.glengarry.ai, an internet web site ("Site"), which is owned and operated by GlengarryAI, a company operating under the laws of California (“GlengarryAI”). GlengarryAI takes the privacy of its users and guests seriously and wants you to understand what personal information we learn about you when you visit the Platform as well as when you interact with us via our mobile application (the “Platform”), what we do with that information and any other information you voluntarily provide us through the Platform, and how you can view or change the information we have. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes our information collection and use practices on the Platform.

Personal Information Collection
GlengarryAI collects information about you, including information that directly or indirectly identifies you, if you or your other members choose to share it with GlengarryAI. We receive information in a few different ways, including when you track, complete or upload activities using the Services. GlengarryAI also collects information about how you use the Services. There are also several opportunities for you to share information about yourself, your friends, and your activities with GlengarryAI.
Our Site has collected the following categories of Personal Information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:
- Identifiers. Identifiers include your name, address, phone number, IP address, or other similar identifiers. We may supplement the information you provide to us with data we obtain or receive from third parties, such as our affiliates, marketing firms, data vendors or address verification services. For example, if you change your address and fail to advise us, we may verify your address through a third party address verification company. We may combine information we collect online with information we collect offline.
Some Personal Information included in this category may overlap with other categories.

- Public Record information. Your home sales and purchases may be a matter of public record, and your name and address, the price you paid, your property taxes, and other information may be available from public sites regardless of the brokerage(s), if any, who assist in the transaction.
- Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law. Your age, national origin, marital status, gender, or veteran or military status.
- Commercial information. The services or properties obtained, or considered, or other histories or tendencies. This includes things like your property search history, properties you view, purchase activity, what you’ve clicked on and other uses of our features, and the amount of time you spend looking at different parts of our Site.
- Internet or other similar network activity. Our Site and App collects certain information as part of the technology we use to run the Site and App, as well as navigational information related to your browsing to and from the Site. This technical information may also include Personal Information about you. This information will be handled just like all other Personal Information we collect.
- Geolocation data. Where you use the Platform via your mobile device, GlengarryAI continually tracks the location of your device. You can manage how your device permits geolocation tracking via the settings on your device, but some of the Service will not work if this is turned off.
- Inferences drawn from other Personal Information. For example, information about your purchase preferences.
- Directly from you. For example, from forms you completeyou have or curate.
- Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on our Site.

Third-Party Accounts
GlengarryAI allows you to sign up and log in to the Services using accounts you create with third-party products and services, such as Facebook, Google, or Apple (collectively, “Third-Party Accounts”). If you access the Services with Third-Party Accounts we will collect information that you have agreed to make available such as your name, email address, profile information and preferences. This information is collected by the Third-Party Account provider and is provided to GlengarryAI under their privacy policies. You can generally control the information that we receive from these sources using the privacy controls in your Third-Party Account.
Cookies
We may collect information from you by using cookies. A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your computer containing information about you. Cookies help us analyze internet traffic, provide user data for a particular webpage or app function, and allow applications to be adapted for you as an individual. This helps us tailor our operations to your specific needs and preferences by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. If you would prefer to prevent your computer from accepting our cookies, please follow your Internet browser’s steps for doing so. This Site does use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage for GlengarryAI and its affiliates. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google"s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
The major browsers have attempted to implement the draft “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) standard of the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”) in their latest releases. As this standard has not been finalized, GlengarryAI’ Site is not compatible with DNT.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Use of Personal Information
Mostly, GlengarryAI uses Personal Information in order to facilitate your use of the Services, such as suggesting property listings and connecting you with agents, owners, homebuilders, property managers, and other real estate professionals that may be of interest to you.
We may also use Personal Information to better understand our Users and to better tailor or enhance our Services. For example, we may use Personal Information for data analysis and segmentation or other business purposes. We spend a significant amount of time looking at how you use the Services so we can make the Services better for you. We may also use Personal Information as we believe to be necessary or appropriate to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliated companies, you or others, and to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.
Additionally, we or our affiliates may send communications about events or promotional offers offered by us or our affiliates to an email address or through other contact information provided by you on the Site. If you do not want to receive such communications from us, you may opt-out of such communications by sending an email to help@Glengarry.ai.To the extent you participate in any sweepstakes, promotions or contests through the Site, any Personal Information provided by you may be used in accordance with separate or different terms and conditions under the applicable rules of such sweepstakes, promotion or contest, which may differ from this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We only disclose Personal Information as described in this Policy or as required by law. We do share some of the Personal Information collected with our affiliated companies and our advertising agencies for business purposes.
Publicly Available Information
When you join the GlengarryAI community, your profile is Public by default. Your name and other profile information is viewable by other GlengarryAI members and the public and, subject to your privacy controls, additional information and content you share may also be viewable. For example, your information, unless otherwise marked as Private may be accessed by other GlengarryAI members and non-members or viewable on publicly accessible GlengarryAI pages. We provide the ability to control the sharing of your information and encourage our members to adjust their controls to align with their desired experience.
Sharing Information and Activities
We share your information with other GlengarryAI members and the public in accordance with your privacy controls. You can change the visibility of the information you upload to GlengarryAI. You can also share your activities with your contacts via text, email, or on social media applications like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. If you link your GlengarryAI account to other social networks and share your activities, they will be viewable on such third-party platforms, including your location information. You should use caution when sharing information via third parties and you should carefully review the privacy practices of such third parties.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the following categories of Personal Information for one or more of the business purposes described in this Policy:
If you do not want GlengarryAI to disclose Personal Information about you to its affiliates or advertising agencies, you may opt out of such disclosure. However, while you may opt out of ads, GlengarryAI may still disclose your Personal Information to service providers performing services on GlengarryAI’s behalf, or as permitted or required by law and as set forth below. Disclosures that are permitted by law include, but are not limited to, sharing Personal Information with service providers about transactions or experiences or as may be required to provide you with the products you have requested.
You may exercise your right to opt-out of marketing by emailing Customer Service at help@Glengarry.ai, or by contacting Customer Service at (800) 555-1212. Even if you opt out, we may disclose Personal Information in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law, or that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of GlengarryAI, GlengarryAI’ employees or customers, or the public. We may also disclose your Personal Information as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition.
Security
We will use reasonable administrative, procedural, and technical safeguards to protect your Personal Information. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of Personal Information, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot assure you that Personal Information will only be disclosed in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Storage and Processing of Personal Information
By using the Site, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be stored or processed in the United States or any other country in which GlengarryAI (or its affiliates) or their respective service providers maintain facilities. You can also correct much of your information via the Site or the App itself.

We do occasionally provide links to third party websites on the Site or in the App. We add these links to provide further information and enjoyment of your experience with us. We try to review the websites we link to; however, we are not responsible and have no control over the content, privacy practices, policies or information collection practices of these sites. These websites may use their own cookies or solicit personally identifiable information from you. Please read the privacy policy/terms and conditions of any website you visit before providing them with Personal Information.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Right to Opt-Out. We do not sell your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties. As such, there is no need for you to opt-out of the sale of information to such parties.
Designating an Authorized Agent. California law permits California residents to designate an agent to manage their rights under California law.
